Clipped inspo from the making

  • The Microsoft Encarta Encyclopedia 99 splash screen inside a Windows 98 window: a deep blue field scattered with small solid squares, a collage of photo thumbnails behind the ENCARTA wordmark plate, an outlined 99, and a two-item FIND / EXPLORE list.
  • A black Sony MFD-2HD 3.5-inch floppy disk shot square-on against white: the metal shutter across the top, a white label reading FORMATTED for IBM PS/2 & compatibles, 1.44MB, HIGH DENSITY, and the moulded HD mark in the top-right corner.
  • Looking into the empty inside of a suit of armour: a small blood seal — a circle enclosing a five-pointed star around a spiral — brushed in dark red on the pale grey metal, with the hollow of the neck below it.
